We use (REAL) honey that is purchased from proven honey distributors! The two types of honey that we are using now along with what we will be adding in 2021 are: Grade A Clover Honey and raw local honey – from hives right here on THE FARM.
The average honey bee travels about two miles one-way to find nectar-filled flowers.
Fortunately, our bees don’t have to travel very far for the nectar they seek, because not only do we have many flowering trees and plants on THE FARM, they can also access a fruit orchard nearby.
We’ve had so many compliments about our honey, we could have a full page just for the testimonials we’ve received over the years.

Since it is unheated, our honey retains all of the enzymes and probiotics that make honey so health-giving.
And, for those with allergies to the local plants, eating local honey can help the body to acclimate and adjust to the various pollens that might be encountered in the Las Vegas valley. Of course, you should check with your physician or allergist to see if consuming local honey is an acceptable treatment option.
It’s great in coffee or tea, on bread, to cook with or to eat right out of the jar.
Not overly sweet, but with a light color and pleasant flavor that is probably quite different from the processed store-bought honey you might be accustomed to.
That’s because more and more, the honey you find in stores may be mostly corn syrup and flavorings that mimic the taste and texture of real honey. Unless the label specifically says 100% pure honey, it can be difficult to tell exactly what’s in the jar. Please specify your type of honey preference at check out. Thanks
